Every DuraFlux transformer is engineered, inspected and tested to meet and exceed Indian Standards (IS) and BIS requirements.
Our Quality Policy
Quality Engineered Into Every Unit
At DuraFlux, quality is not an afterthought — it is engineered into every transformer from the very first step. Our manufacturing processes are designed to meet and exceed the requirements of Indian Standards (IS) and industry best practices.
Every transformer undergoes a rigorous multi-stage inspection and testing protocol before it leaves our facility. We maintain detailed test records for every unit, ensuring complete traceability.

Our Process
Multi-Stage Quality Assurance
Step 01
Raw Material Inspection
All incoming materials — CRGO core, copper/aluminium conductors, insulation and oil — are inspected to verify compliance with specifications.
Step 02
In-Process Inspection
Quality checks at every stage — core stacking, coil winding, assembly, vacuum drying and oil filling.
Step 03
Pre-Dispatch Testing
Complete routine testing on every finished transformer, with formal test reports signed off by our QA engineer.
Step 04
Final QA Sign-Off
Final inspection of dimensions, ratings, fittings and nameplate before the unit is approved for dispatch.
